Ms Dina Perez would always present herself to us in a professional manner, knowledgeable about the realestate market. Her communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, courteous deminor was exemplarary, Dina was always straight forward, no hiden agendas with her, kept us informed about selling our home to purchasing our new home. We highly recommend Ms Perez! We never had to guess on the status of the sale of our home or the process, she kept us well informed, good or bad, she would communicate with us immediately, by either calling us or she would come to our home personally with the information we needed to know. We have had several realestate agents, but no one had ever treated us with such kindness, respect and dignity. We are a "old school"couple, any time we needed assistance with technical problems, she would assist without any questions, never made us feel uncomfortable. Ms Perez never judged us for being in our "golden age
years" and buying a bigger house with a pool for our grandchildren, family and friends. She understood our needs, wants and reasons why. Didn't persuade us to sell or buy our home, as soon as we signed on the dotted line, in less than a couple of weeks she had an open house, one weekend in which we recieved multiple offers
Before we retired, we would frequently meet people looking for an agent, they were either moving to El Paso, selling or buying we were working with the military, and veterans on a daily basis. We had never met a realestate agent with such outstanding qualifications! Wish we would have met her seven years ago!!!
