My family (8 separate owners) of an inherited parcel were able to sell this land with every possible difficult circumstances you could imagine with a sale. Difficult buyer, buyer's incompetent realtor and managing 8 different sellers with varying degrees of attitudes and abilities. Donna was not only a pro in dealing with all of this but her knowledge and experience with deeds and titles in regard to personal and family trusts was incredibly useful. She had some questions about a unusual escrow contingency and confirmed with her brokerage's lawyer to make sure we were doing it correctly. This was above and beyond a typical realtor experience in my experience as I have bought and sold several homes and have worked with other realtors. Twenty-five years ago, Donna helped me find this lovely little treehouse of a condo. I'd had enough of the density of Creekside Dr. because there was no safe place to park my beloved Alfa Romeo convertible. All I wanted was a place with a garage. The condo she found for me on Vanderslice Ct not only had a garage, but a lovely view of downtown Walnut Creek and the Mt. Diablo foothills. On top of that, she helped me find a renter for the condo on Creekside. When it was time to leave the 39 steps to my front door for a safer place in Rossmoor, I called Donna because I knew she'd provide a similar experience. And she did! I trusted her when she pushed me to get Vanderslice ready and on the market January 2020. I was reluctant because it meant I'd have no holidays! I was so grateful I followed her advice when the pandemic hit. Throughout the process, Donna leveraged an incredible network of resources (stager, home inspection, movers, etc.) that made the process go so smoothly. The condo sold in early March and I moved into my new home the day before the March 17th shutdown. Thank you, Donna!
