After living with my kids for 1.5 years and realizing that it was going to be too expensive to build onto their house, I called Julie and told her the area I wanted to live in. I met Julie at an open house she was having in my complex. I asked her to come over after to see my condo with any suggestions for selling it. She gave me a list of to-do items and when I was ready to put it on the market I called her. She was extremely profession and thorough which I really liked. We bought and sold a house during a Global Pandemic. Julie helped us with both. We were not the average client as we were selling an estate and it came with many complications. My overall experience with Julie was not great. While she was good at the block and tackling getting a property listed and sold, but struggled with the important stuff link bank appraisals/property evaluations. For my property, her estimate was $15k higher than the bank. I was 60 days into the closing process, so I the cost of pull out of the deal was too much, so I end up eating a $15k (7%) loss. After something like this, you would think any RE agent would be embarrassed, be willing to go the extra mile. Not Julie. In my storage unit, there was a 3 ft blind left behind, which need to be taken to the dumpster. Julie obsessed about this for days, finally I asked her to take care of it, she refused. Unbelievable, I guess at $15k loss wasnt enough motivation to help me. Recommend using another realtor, life is too short.
