We had a hard time being first time homebuyers trying to get our stuff together, and Erica made the process as easy as it could be. Communication was excellent, and the care to really help us get into our home was over and beyond. The process was frustrating as we had a difficult situation with the mortgage companies and the underwriter and we were just about ready to throw in the towel and rent forever, when Erica stepped in to make sure the sale happened. We are extremely grateful and we love our new home. I highly recommend, if you get the opportunity to work with her, she is the best!
