Teresa Teixeira was professional throughout the process of selling our house. Since it was during a pandemic she always wore a mask and was friendly with our daughter. She was knowledgeable and gave us good advice about setting up our house and getting everything ready to sell. For example she told us to paint the deck and remove personal items and declutter which ended up being a smart recommendation. Granted that it is definitely a seller's market right now, Teresa was able to bring in 20 showings in the first weekend the house was on the market with 3 offers all over asking which means she priced the home correctly and the pictures on the MLS were attractive to potential buyers. Teresa handled the open house well by having people come in by appointment only. Teresa also did a great job working with me once we accepted the offer through the closing of the house.
