Susan went above and beyond for us in selling our home. She came over to the house and even supervised the movers after we had left for the start of our new retirement life in Arizona! The first buyer was unable to secure financing and she was able to sell the house again in a little over a week during the Thanksgiving break. One sunny day in July, a wonderful woman named Susan Hennenberg came to our home - riding in on her "white horse." Actually, she rode in on her white convertible. She was dressed like a Southern Belle with a huge straw hat on her head. We could tell she meant business! She checked out our home, made suggestions and told us the home would sell fast. The suggestions didn't cost us any money. It was just moving around some furniture and "get rid of the carpeting" in three rooms. With her magic done, the Howard Hanna post went into the ground Wednesday afternoon. Four days later at her "open house," we had six pre-approved offers to buy the home. One offer was $4,500 higher than our asking price. SOLD! Now to find a new home.
Six days later, (Saturday) we found our "forever" home. SOLD! The home was beautiful, modern and move-in ready. There was nothing more to do. The home had been put up for sale the night before, and we were the first ones to view it. By the end of the day, there were four other serious offers. Susan spent the weekend working on our negotiation strategy. By noon on Sunday, we had a new home. Many people were after this home - I could not believe it, but Susan got the home for us.

From the initial phone call to the days after we got the keys to the house, Susan has been incredible throughout the entire process. We were first time home-buyers with no experience and lots of questions. She provided us a bound printed book she made that walks through every step of the homebuying process, and lots of reference material (including local market info) that really helped us feel informed. She took the time to explain every step of the way and always went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and understood what was going on. She always made herself available to us, over phone/text/email and did everything she could to help us get our dream home. Her assistant, Frank, was also helpful and timely to keep the process moving. Even after we got our keys, Susan continued to check-in and made herself available to us for any issues or questions. There was a previous attempt to give a review by me but it was entered incorrectly and this review is to CORRECT that review....I am referencing Case #03755409 for Susan. Susan is the finest and most dedicated sales person I know (and I have known many sales people - in my years of business). Susan doesn't rest until she has satisfied her customer.... she does her homework ahead and has everything arranged and laid out before she shows her customers any homes. She reviews our wants and needs and then presents them to save us time and energy and money.... She keeps her schedule open pretty much 24/7 to accommodate and even accepts phone calls and messages anytime... Susan didn't stop until she knew we were satisfied with our choice... Susan continued on by helping us find contractors etc. to fix the items we wanted fixed or changed... and all these contractors were excellent and accommodated us as well..... this is SOOO important for someone like us that were moving in from Out of State and had no clue as to whom to get and TRUST.... SUSAN, still calls us to see how we are doing and asks is she can be of further help!!! That's dedication and professionalism at its best. She is TOPS in her business and we will definitely recommend her to anyone in the future.... I sincerely hope you change the previous (wrong) review where you thought we only rated her a 1 star... That is so far from being correct. SUSAN is a 5 STAR sales person and we wish her the best...
