We sent him several texts during our time working with him and he always answered quickly and never seemed bothered. My boyfriend and I work fairly late, but Garrett made sure he was available when it was convenient for us. He was flexible, and even took us to view a house last minute with little notice. He was the perfect balance of personable and professional, and always gave us his honest opinion. Garrett was recommended to us by a family member, and we are so glad she sent us his way. He made our first home-buying experience amazing and we would not have wanted it any other way.

Garrett was an amazing realtor. My wife and I were attempting the (almost) impossible; purchasing a home from out of state while keeping it within our price range, neighborhood wants/needs, and custom home wants/needs. Garrett went out of his way to show us homes (via FaceTime). In fact, I felt bad for him because while we were getting our finances in-order, he was always there without the skip of a beat when he couldve easily assumed we werent ready to purchase. On top of that, when we finally were ready and had the perfect home in mind, he provided expert advice in terms of the offer. Me, being unexperienced, wouldve surely lost the offer had I done this all on my own. Garrett literally predicted the market and I will be honest; I didnt trust him until I saw it with my own eyes. (Ignorant and confident me). Garrett got my wife and I into our amazing house in our quiet and cozy neighborhood. Im thankful and grateful. When it comes to real estate, trust this team!
