We connected with Marty thru a social media listing. We were looking to buy land but weren't sure where or when. Marty stayed in touch, gave us leads to agents outside his area. BUT in the end we worked exclusively with Marty. He went above & beyond to walk trough dense brush, up/down steep inclines, navigating raw land, making sure we saw the entire scope of the acreages. We were out of town buyers BUT having Marty handle the closing felt like we had a family member handling the transaction. We most definitely would recommend Marty to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.
