Ultimately I purchased a home that John had listed because our home had a pending sale with a quick close date. It will serve as a temporary residence, and perhaps a rental property later. I would usually choose to work with a separate realtor than the listing realtor, but in this case I was comfortable with John handling both sides of the sale. He is trustworthy.
