Last year after a 2 year search I felt I was ready to actively search for a house. That's when I found out most realtors didn't want to talk to someone less than 200000. Five realtors and Georgia was the only one who said 'We can do this". She didn't send me things totally out of my price or physical range. As a matter of fact, the house I bought was the first one she actually showed me. If I had a question she couldn't answer she would refer me to a person who could. She didn't make empty promises and I never felt she was trying to get rid of me. She held my hand, encouraged me and told me the sometimes hard truth about a house. I have highly recommended Georgia to everyone I know.
Could not have asked for a better agent. I am a first time home buyer and Georgia was great at answering all of my questions and really made me feel at ease throughout the process. I definitely had a challenging buying process (backing out of contract due to failed negotiations, renovation loan headaches, closing date extensions etc) and Georgia stayed positive, professional and responsive throughout all of it. I also did not have a high price point and yet I got the same time and attention as I imagine even her highest budget clients receive.
