Jolene Meyer did a fabulous job selling our home in Sonora, CA. She was indispensable in helping us to get our home ready to put on the market, referring tradesmen to do the necessary repairs. She analysed market conditions and advised us on what recent sales/listings meant in terms of what we should expect in terms of valuation, and recommended list price. Once we started showing the home, she was successful leveraging her network to stimulate initial interest and excitement, capturing feedback from buyer agents to finetune our marketing messaging and was ultimately able to bring multiple parties to the table at the same time with offers, ultimately leading to us getting our asking price. She worked with buyer agent and title company to bring the process to a successful close. Start to finish, from listing to closing was under two months... all this in tumultuous times with unusually high interest rates and a "down market."
