Kate was absolutely terrific to work with -- we actually both sold a house and bought one through her (in the wrong order, but that was our fault!) and our business together over the better part of a year was really great. She is responsive, proactive, professional, tireless and knew when to both be present and to sit back and let us do what we needed to do. She is smart and funny and I do not suffer fools or foolishness well so I have a high standard. Both the buyers and the sellers were a bit difficult at points, and the other brokers were challenging as well, but Kate was a rockstar throughout and supported us -- she was appropriately sympathetic without being unprofessional herself. It is too bad that I'm not into flipping houses because I'd love to keep working with Kate (but I don't really wish i were into flipping houses...I've actually had enough and hope this is my last home until my retirement condo).
