We cannot express how fortunate we were to get referred to Katelyn Warren. On the way home from TN to OH we decided to stop in Newport, TN just to see if this would be a place we would call home. We have never been to Newport and in searching for homes on Realtor.com, we came across a house that we were interested in. Realtor.com referred us to Katelyn Warren. That same day, Katelyn dropped everything to meet with us at the hotel lobby. Katelyn asked us what we were looking for in a home. We provided our negotiables and non-negotiables. Katelyn searched the listings and found 5 homes. Katelyn came up with a plan that day and took us to the homes right away as well as drove us around. Katelyn took us to Morristown, Jefferson City, Newport, and a couple of other towns. The same day that we checked in was the same day we were looking at homes. Most realtors would have asked to set up appointments. That same day started our journey in finding a home with Katelyn.
We were highly impressed that Katelyn didn't hesitate to meet us and show us around. From that day on, Katelyn was sending listings that potentially met our needs.
