I called Saturday midday to request a showing of a condo in the Cameron Village complex and was fortunate to speak with Jeanne. Not only was she able to schedule a showing that afternoon for me, she found two other condos in the same complex which she arranged to show that afternoon as well. It turns out one of the condos that she found was the one that I bought. I decided that day to purchase and she immediately set to work to prepare the offer and get the ball rolling. Throughout the whole process she kept me informed of the steps and status. While I had purchased homes before, never in North Carolina, and not in a few years, so her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. She patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions promptly - whether by text, voice mail, or email. She was thoughtful about the offer we would give (much lower than I would have thought), and I ended up with a good deal. All of her recommendations for inspection, lawyer, and other services were excellent - all of whom I would use again. And I would certainly use Jeanne again for any home sale or purchse that I make. I can unequivocally recommend her as a realtor.
