We've had the privilege of working with Amy twice, as first time buyers and then first time sellers. On both sides of the market, she was a tremendous help. Her 30+ years of experience are evident as she foresees many potential problems or hangups that could arise in the escrow process and does everything she can to resolve those issues in advance or to setup backup lenders or offers if they become necessary. Trusting my instincts, I retained Amy to assist in selling a property going through probate. I was handling the sale of the property while living on the east coast while Amy is on the west coast.
