If you are looking for land or a home, we would highly recommend working with Karla! My lady and I have spent the last few months working on buying a plot of land to build a home on. After several different site visits, and having our first offer stall and fall through after pursuing it for over two months, we can say that we have been through the full gauntlet with Karla in regards to buying land.
I only gave 4 stars for 'market expertise' and 'negotiation skills' because some of the problems we ran into were new to us and her, but she has a great team behind her and all our questions/concerns were answered quickly. With just a couple more years experience I have no doubt this would be 5 stars all the way down.
