I contacted Ms Berg approximately 3 years ago, after she was referred to me by a friend who had also been in involved in real estate. At that time, we had suffered the loss of a family member who had met an untimely demise. I needed an expert opinion on how to proceed with the preparation of an older house house with several parcels of land associated with it. She gave us (my brother and me) her opinion of what needed to be done in order to prepare the properties for sale on the real estate market.

I did not re-contact Ms Berg until this year (2021) and she met met with us on the property to re-evaluate its status and to advise us accordingly. Linda was superb. She is pro-active and promoted our home extensively, so that many people came to view it. When renovating it, she gave us exact tips on what buyers expect to be upgraded and why. During escrow, she kept us informed on each step and above all, kept it moving along, and ensuring we knew rapidly anything we had to do to wrap the cycle. I plan to use her to sell another home within a year or so. There's no one better.

When we renovated our home, we weren't quite sure what was important to do and what wasn't, and she even took the time to inspect it several times and recommend what needed to be done so it would sell fast. This is vital, as the public seems fickle nowadays, wanting turn key homes rather than have to do anything once buying in. Also, you need your home to really pop and grab people's interest, and Linda helped us with that.

When we put it on the market, she pushed the cycle along actively. I had used another agent for another home a while back, and it seemed like he was just "waiting for something to happen," meaning just putting our home on line, but not actively doing actions that drove in potential buyers.
