Mack's response to our first call on Saturday November 21st was amazingly fast. He was so informed about the property and easy to communicate with that we made an offer that same evening. A few email exchanges and signatures obtained on line for the seller to review. In 24 hours our offer was accepted and details explained about closing and security money needed. The seller was eager to sell and the buyer was ready to buy and we all conveyed this in kind ways to the buyers bank.
Happy to say we closed on the 18.8 acres on December 8th just 16 days from seeing the land and calling Mack for the first time. This was the most pleasant experience in making such a big decision for our future.
