When a sudden job shift caused us to have to sell our niche 7-acre estate that was close to nothing at all in particular, we called Jay. He easily navigated what would and wouldnt work, rejected offers he thought werent to our benefit, and found us a perfect buyer for our home. We cant say enough good things about him, his attention to detail, and how he handled our sale - including a thorough walk-through with suggestions on simple improvements that would make buyers much happier to call our house a home.
