Steve Fortner was the buyers agent on my home that I was selling. In my contract I was offering 4% instead of 6%. I was doing that so I had enough money to live on after paying my house off as I was moving out of state and had no job just yet. See 2020 wasnt so good to me and the debt was overwhelming, and selling my dream home that I was heart broken to do was my only way out. So the 4 % I was offering was already known when Steve brought a his clients to my home. The clients obviously fell in love and wanted to put in an offer. When my agent came to me and said we have an offer that was exactly what I needed, I was so happy. My future was ready to be written. And the she bursted my bubble. She said to me and I quote This offer comes with a stipulation. Steve Fortner has said that HE WILL TAKE HIS CLIENTS ELSEWHERE IF I DONT PAY THE FULL 3% TO HIM. I said what, how can he do that? How can a grown man make a decision for a client that he is suppose to be representing because he wanted to line his pockets more? Now Im no agent. And Im a hard working human and have hustled many times in life. But this isnt hustling. This is straight up THIEVERY!!! This man doesnt care about his clients or anyone else. All he cares about is the money going in his pocket. I knew where he lived and I knew what he drove and he wasnt hurting for money. So I know that the $5,250.00 that he basically swindled out of me obviously was needed to purchase necessities. I mean it most definitely wasnt as important to help me put out a roof over my daughters head until I found a job. So all in all if you want to get screwed out of money to line the pockets of a crook the use STEVE FORTNER!!!! He will definitely get the job done.
