Through no fault of Mark, the seller's agent did not clearly communicate to the seller that the appliances were included in the offer. When the seller moved out, they took the appliances! Mark and his agent (Breanne) did a good job getting the appliances back as quickly as they could, despite the seller's agent being highly uncooperative.
