I had a home in Edgewater, not where her office is, but it didnt matter. After she sold my two neighbors homes (after their first realtors from the 'hood couldn't make a sale) I had to have her sell mine too. And she did quickly, and for more money than I expected. She is a great negotiator when the time comes. It didnt matter when a buyer wanted to see my home, she accommodate them. She has everything I expect and think a realtor should be.
