Outstanding!!!! Sara is a great Agent. She stepped in when the original agent couldn't perform. She got us out of the bad contract we were in with a buyer who failed to complete the process after 6 weeks. She relisted the property and sold it in a few days. She walked our parents through every step and found them another home. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. She even showed up to help our elderly parent move on moving day with her son. She is still helping our parents since they are having a little trouble with the closing on the new home because of the title company. Highly Recommend her!!! 2020
Despite all that 2020 could throw at us, Sara got us through. The sale of our family's home was in no way a typical transaction and despite all the speed bumps brought forward by the Buyers lender and ongoing Covid-19 issues, Sara was a steady force in closing our deal and helping us keep our sanity.
