My wife and I had the good fortune of stumbling upon Collin at an open house for which he was the listing agent. We were early in our search for a first home and hadnt yet found a real estate agent to work with, but after meeting Collin we knew he was the right match. Straight from the get-go and throughout our entire home-buying adventure, Collin was warm, patient, supportive, informative, responsive, and approachable. He was the best possible guide and advocate we could have hoped for, explaining each step of the process so wed know what to expect and when, providing well-informed insight when we were preparing to make offers or negotiations, and folding helpful questions into conversations with sellers agents, home inspectors, builders, and HVAC professionals, that we wouldnt have thought to ask. On top of all this, Collin was invaluable when it came to helping us make connections with other professionals we needed. Home insurance agent on short notice? Done. Amazing interior designer? Boom. Sharp-as-a-tack real estate attorney? Wish granted.

Collaborating with Collin was such an enjoyable experience; he always had our backs and was ready to skillfully shepherd us through whatever unfolded. I can say with confidence that if Collin had been captain of the Titanic, it would have arrived in New York City ahead of schedule AND unscathed. Luckily for us (unluckily for them), he was born a bit too late for that and chose to navigate real estate deals instead of oceans. We truly cannot say enough positive things about working alongside Collin and are beyond grateful for the big role he played in putting us in our new home!
