We were moving from Houston to San Antonio and we were referred to a couple of realtors, but I was not so excited about them. Then, I asked myself if I did not have any referral, how would I look for a real estate agent? I looked up the criteria to look for and I interviewed a few agents. Tami knocked the competition out of the water when we interviewed her! And it kept on getting better from there! First, even though she has a full and a busy schedule, She was never too busy to answer a text or an e-mail. Always got back to us at least by the end of the day, sometimes within minutes! Then her talent really showed when went out to look for houses, she would point out stuff in the house that we would not have noticed on our own. She was also knowledgeable on who built which houses and which builders were better than others. Since we were not from San Antonio, we were constrained on time, and some occupied houses at first were not available for showing. She found a way to get us to see them! I was picky on houses, did not want next to high power line, train tracks, etc. more picky then my wife! But she was patient with me. When we picked a house and it came time to negotiations, she shined! Did I tell you it kept on getting better from here? Well, I dont think I could say it enough. Once we picked a house, the people she recommended for the inspection, home owner insurance, etc. were all top notch! Matter of fact, the home inspector told me sometimes professionals come to Tami to get her to refer them to someone! My home owner insurance that I obtained through Tamis recommendation was half of what the competition quoted! Id say the greatest asset about her is that she never bragged about how good she was, but rather let me find out on my own through her actions! We look forward for a lifetime professional relationship with her!

A fellow Air Force family put us in touch with Tami. She called me THAT afternoon and I liked her right away!! She was super easy to talk to, almost like we knew each other already. I could tell right away that she was knowledgeable about the SA market and the traffic patterns that would affect my husband's commute time. She was even able to talk my husband out of going with a different brokerage that was offering money back to Air Force families who bought using their agents (and if you knew my husband then you'd be impressed too) ;) nOver the next few months, Tami and I stayed in pretty regular contact as we prepared for our upcoming house-hunting trip. I felt confident going into our first in-person meeting. nUpon finally meeting Tami, she was awesome! She has a bubbly and spunky personality. She loves to laugh and tells great stories! Not once did she seem as if we were a bother or a waste of her time. As we went through model homes, she knew lots of the other sales folks and it was great to see her rapport with other agents. We knew we had made the right decision choosing Tami; she didn't sugar coat anything and told us exactly what we could expect out of a real estate transaction in SA. She also gave us the definite sense that she would fight for us and that she would do everything to get us exactly what we want!! nWe ended up choosing to build, in which Tami totally negotiated the price and the upgrade options for us. I didn't even know you could do that with builders!! We will be closing on our new SA home in January and I cannot imagine going through this crazy journey without Tami by our side!!!
