Kristy is knowledgeable in every aspect of selling and buying a home. When I first met her she went through our home and made suggestions on small improvements to sell our home fast and make the most on our home. When she suggests an improvement, it's backed with how to do it and where to find the supplies for the best prices. When you've made your house look the best it can she comes and takes pictures and takes care of getting it on the market within 24 hours. We had our house on the market with Kristy for 6 days and it had an offer. She then helped us every step of the way with prepping for a successful home inspection and appraisal. She was quick with paperwork and was always looking out for our best interest.
Once the inspections were done, Kristy had scheduled us on a wonderful tour of homes. She is knowledgeable when it comes to pricing of homes and gives sound advice in regards to location, and whether or not a house is over priced or you're getting a good deal. She pays attention to detail when it comes to finding what you're looking for and does a great job of suggesting different houses you may like based on you're interests or will put together a tour based on houses you have researched yourself.
When it came to our loan for our new home, I thought we were good to go and found a great rate, but Kristy's Education on this matter far exceeded my expections and she explained a few tips that I was unaware of and she hooked me up with another loan officer and got me the same rate but saved me $10,000, when we came to close!!!
