My husband and I were working with a smaller home budget for the area, and we started off with a wide radius of areas we were interested in to split the commute between both of us. That being said, we looked at A LOT of houses. Jim Czeszewski was incredibly patient with us and was knowledgeable of the area and was able to give us advice about which cities may be the best for us. He was great throughout the entire closing process as well, so being that I was working from 3+ hours away at the time, it was comforting to know that everything new home-wise was under control.
