He is upfront, honest, tells it exactly how it is, even if it's not what you want to hear, but need to hear. Our house is a modular and has a high deck on the back. Even after having the house inspected, Josh took it upon himself to have an engineer come out to look at beams in our basement to make sure they were up to par and made sure there was no issues with our deck. He is just fantastic.

I run a home based business that I required acreage and a large garage/outbuilding with a tall ceiling, and room to store trucks and trailers, and having a pool would be nice. I also had stipulations about being in a wooded area for privacy, but it had to be within close distance to a certain forest so I was able to leave directly from my house on ATVs or 4x4 trucks and make quick access to the woods to go play without having to load my machines on a trailer and park somewhere.
With Josh Allen's help, my Fiance and I were able to come up with a close compromise to my particular guidelines for a place that was ideal. The only thing that our home did not come with was the building I wanted, but that is in the works as we speak, and had seemed to be hard to find with any properties we looked at.
With as picky as I was, Josh stuck with us for about a year until we finally found our home. He was always on top of things and recommended a great mortgage company for us to use, as well as great companies to use for our inspections.
Josh also will not sugar coat things, he tells it like it is. There were a few properties I found that were over priced and falling apart. If a home was a dump and needed alot of work or would not be able to be financed, he told us. There was no hyping things up giving you false realities.
Overall Josh is an excellent agent to deal with, always on top of things, and phone and email communications were impeccable.
