Worst real estate agent. We used Paul as our agent to sell a house and had terrible experience. He never put in any effort. We had to write the description of the house, the pictures he took were horrible and when we asked him to re-take picture his response was that he is not a professional photographer. So we ended up taking pictures ourselves which were much better. He always asked us to lower the price even though the comparables (recently sold) was higher. Eventually we ended up selling at a much higher price than he had suggested. His negotiation skills during contract were horrible. He was manipulative, dishonest and did not take responsibility for his mistakes. We really made a mistake choosing him as our agent and couldn't get out because of a contract we signed with him. Would definitely not recommend him and his services. We have so many examples and email trails to prove how horrible our experience with him was.
