As newcomers to the house buying market, we were pretty much at a loss. We had no idea what we were doing, or what was or wasn't important in regards to what we were signing. Allan steered us in the right direction and was not only sincere, he was up front about what we could expect. He let us make our own decisions, but gave us all the information we needed to make good ones. We really wanted a house in the area, but the first house we chose was not a great fit. When we decided to cancel that purchase, Allan made arrangements to show us the house we ended up buying. We realized this house met all our requirements, and Allan worked quickly with the Seller's realtor to make sure our offer was considered.
