Maria Fernanda is THE real state agent in Bay Area we all need and should have, especially when you have little or no experience in the real state market.
She knows the Bay Area well; I've lost the count, but we've visited at least 40 houses in several cities, such as San Leandro, Oakland, Hayward, Concord, Pittsburg, and Antioch. Her points of view on the house conditions are always right and wise. When the time of making offers and discussing terms and conditions of the purchase comes, you better have Mara Fernanda on your side. But most important, she is an amazing person!
