Ours was unique. We sold the house once and the contract was cancelled by the buyers bank because he bought a car. The second round of selling produced a buyer who agreed and then "felt uncomfortable" with the price he offered and re-offered at 15,000 dollars less than agreed. This was a long process with numerous roadblocks. We had to go to buyer number 3 during this ordeal. The first buyer bought a car and his bank pulled the contract. The second buyer decided he couldn't afford what he offered us initially. He came back with an offer 15000 dollars less than his initial signed contract.
