This is the 4th property that I have purchased in my life. The third property sale. I cannot compliment Dee enough. It was some challenge. I had a dilapidated townhouse that my wife and I couldn't keep up. We also needed to downsize. I was checking realty ads and found a condo that intrigued me. Dee was the agent. She helped my sell my townhouse in 3 days for more than I dreamed that I would get for it. 4 days later she helped my wife and I find the right condo. Sadly in the midst of it all I lost my wife so had to cancel that sale. I asked her to find a smaller condo same building and she did. I now live there and couldn't be happier.
