My Mom passed away and left me to manage her affairs, which included the sale of her condo. I have never owned or sold property before, so I was totally in the dark as to what steps needed to be taken. If I hadnt met Gina by chance, when she was managing the alteration of my neighbors condo, I probably would still be trying to sell my Moms condo and quickly running out of funds to keep it afloat.

Their estimate of how much it would cost to remodel her older modified by her for her condo was made to utilize what was still good, as well as, what was needed to make it sellable. Gina did a great job updating the condo to where I would have liked living in it myself. AND she came in under budget! Plus it was done in a timely manner.

When the condo had its first open house, there were two solid offers and one was accepted by the next weekend. It sold for more than I expected. Yay! The title company even brought all of the papers I needed to sign to me at work, so I did not need to take time off to travel 35 miles to my Moms place for signing.

I am extremely pleased with the results. Many kudos to the remodel coordinator, Gina, for doing a fabulous job, the executive assistant, Megan for making my life easier, the stager for dressing up my Moms condo so nicely, the sales agent for selling the condo with only one open house and, of course, Alan for helping me to make it through this difficult time with his caring manner and expertise, as well as all the rest of the team.

I highly recommend InSync for property sales and will definitely use them again in the future.
