I am a family physician and my husband is a college biology professor. In the fall of 2019 we needed to relocate to San Diego from Northern California for work. My fiance and I found our house after 2 weekends of searching with Diane and Kevin. We are first time home buyers that were looking for a specific house in a specific price range that happens to be incredibly competitive here in Orange County. We found our house and they had our offer in within hours that was competitive but got us under-budget as well. Once it was accepted they were excellent guides through the lending/home-buying process and made it feel like a walk in the park. Their negotiations for repairs the property needed as well as scheduling of inspections were huge as well, and made us feel like they were really fighting for us and the house we were after. Kevin and Diane are the BEST realtors we could have hoped for. We had heard friends who told us to not use a traditional agent or use the seller's agent, but we can positively say my friends have missed out. The realtors' job is not only to find you a house, the bulk of their work lies in the escrow process. After going through the process we now know why it is so important to find a realtor who has your best interest in mind especially in escrow.
