Drove an hour and a half to see our dream property. After being led to believe the house didnt have much interest we made a competitive offer. Dave waited almost 24 hours to present our offer to the seller, and never let us or our buyers agent know there was a showing the next day. However, he did let the later viewing party know there was already an offer on the table, and ten minutes later showed their offer to the seller. If youd like to feel grossly taken advantage of, or have slow or non-existent communication, or be misrepresented, or have your offer take too long to get to the seller, Dave is your guy. We were planning a move to the area and really didn't know Mt. Vernon all that well. We were working with our realtor from out of the area but attended a number of Dave's open houses and quickly developed a comfort level with him. In fact so much so, we hoped that when we narrowed our search down, we were hoping that he would be the listing agent on any properties that we were serious about. That proved to be the case since he had so many of the listings in the area we were concentrating on.
