Curt was a fantastic help to us in selling the property. He did a thorough job of finding potential buyers -and of negotiating with the potential buyers on our behalf. We felt he was fully invested in trying to get us the best deal possible-and we believe he did get us the best deal available. He kept us fully informed at every step of the way-was in constant communication with us. And Curt is just a thoroughly pleasant, cheerful, friendly person to talk with and discuss things with.He was also good at explaining the procedures(viewings, inspections,attorney involvement,etc) we needed to go through ,as sellers, so we
were always prepared for things as they came up.
All in all, I'd say that if you have a better real estate agent than Curt, I'd sure like to meet him/her.
