I cannot say enough good things about Judy! I lived in another town and she had to go above and beyond selling our house. Everything from someone breaking in to replacing the air conditioner/heating unit. She even found an alarm company to put in a temporary alarm system. I bought a beautiful house in a good neighborhood, and it became a good investment. I trusted her judgment so much that I only saw the house after buying it. The house was in bad shape after I evicted the tenant. Along with the contractors, Judy arranged, managed, and fixed the entire house. She has a good sense of style and is a perfectionist. She even asked the contractor to repaint the house with the color she requested. She was able to sell the house at its highest price (compared to the house's entire pricing history), which is extremely impressive especially during this pandemic.
