She would put us on hold and when she returned to the call the appointment was made. We are just amazed at her Promptness, expertise and knowledge with everything that we dealt with. Jean also put us in contact with an awesome mortgage officer who handled our complex situation and she was in direct communication with him and he also with the selling agent which reduced any possibility of errors in us asking or relaying any incorrect information.This in itself was a great asset and conduit for our offer, acceptance and close of escrow to happen without and roadblocks. Initially I chose to hold off selling my property, while I coordinated a new job and bought a new house prior to selling my old one....not only did she make herself available to answer questions at any time, she genuinely enjoys helping people in all aspects of real estate (and she does it in a totally non-high pressure way). Once I decided to move forward, she kept in constant communication with me and made herself available via email, phone, and even inconvenienced herself to work around my schedule (which is a 3 hour time zone difference).
