Where to start? I met Paul through my daughter who taught his oldest in pre-school....yes...a "few" years ago! My daughter and her husband had worked with Paul through 2 home purchases so when I decided to move to Columbus, they recommended him. Paul's team mis-markets properties and takes no ownership on this. We recently bought a unit form Paul's team with claims regarding utilities, HOA and parking only to find out after the transaction each of these were inaccurate and cost us additional on going expenses. Nothing was done to make amends and the response was "This wasn't even a expensive property to be worrying about this" This was out 10th purchase in 2020 and will never work with his team again. 2020
