I purchased a property from Vicki and she did not uphold her end of the deal. She had repairs on her seller side to complete prior to closing that she said were done but they were not. I bought a completely remodeled condo but the work is cheaply done. My doors will not bolt, my bathtub is not caulked, closet doors will not close, the new microwave doesnt work AT ALL. Her husband, Robert Murdock, is supposedly a contractor did the remodeling and it is shoddy & cheap. They have mostly ignored my pleas for help. They sent a repairman out for the microwave (which should have been replaced..it is a fire hazard). He wants to replace THREE parts on a brand new GE microwave. When he finally scheduled to return 11 days later, I waited all day but he didnt show. I have begged for help on the multiple issues that Ive come across and been completely ignored. The Murdochs have my money and now theyre gone. Avoid these unethical crooks.
