YOU MUST READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING OR SELLING A HOME - FREDY RODRIGUEZ AND HIS TEAM AT FATHOM REALTY ARE YOUR BEST CHOICE OF REALTOR - WITHOUT A DOUBT!
We inquired online to 3 realtor's to find a "good" realtor to sell our property in Desert Hot Springs, CA. Within an hour we had a response from Fredy (just over two months later after Fredy successfully sold our home we still have not heard from the other two) We did however interview four realtors in all and it was the simplest thing to choose Fredy - he was honest & sincere from the get go - our first conversation with him gained our trust completely.
We decided on Fredy for the following specific reasons:
1) We wanted a good marketing plan - Fredy had a "great one" - to name only a few - all the current electronic advertising (MLS, Zillow, etc.) professional photographs that really showcased our home (made it look like a million dollar home), post cards delivered to various strategic homes in the area, Fredy's professional contacts bringing buyers and sellers together.
2) Communication - this was paramount to us - we had experience in the past where realtors would promise a lot just to get the listing and after it was listed they would seemingly disappear and we were "out of the communication loop" Well we literally talked to Fredy every single day - even when he took a short family vacation. He kept us up to date in many cases within minutes of all activities.
3) A realistic evaluation - Fredy came with all the recent activity and comparisons that really helped guide us through the process.
In our minds a good marketing plan along with good communication equals a sale. Fredy exceeded all of our expectations without a doubt all of the above were not good but "GREAT".
This review may sound too good to be true but it is not - IT IS ALL VERY TRUE.
