I can't say enough good things about Kris and her team! It was such an emotional process selling our first home and Kris and Jan held our hands through it all. We had absolutely no idea where to even start and it was so incredibly comforting and easy to bounce ideas off of Kris. They put so many personal touches into the house selling process and have absolutely all the resources one needs.Our move is international and we were worried we wouldn't even be able to sell our house due to disclosed foundation issues. Despite those issues she was able to lock in 6 offers that first weekend we went live. Not only did we sell our house at market value but we are also able to lease our home back for three months before our big move to Germany. This is more than we could have ever imagined. We are so incredibly thankful that we picked Kris and her team to sell our house! I wish we could take them all with us!
