Michelle Coker did a fabulous job with the sale of our late mother's home in Dallas. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well organized and went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor to get the house ready for sale, including selling unwanted furniture for us and having her husband help out with getting the pool in shape. She thoroughly explained every part of the process to us and provided information for us to come to a decision at every juncture, without ever nudging us in one direction or another. If I lived in Dallas and was selling my house, I would come to her in a heartbeat. She really knows the market, did her homework to look at what comparable properties in the area were selling for, and proposed to us what we felt was a fair asking price.
