Stacey Ballerino not only took her time finding us our home. She helped us get the best rate and mortgage program and told us what we needed to do in order to qualify. Walked with us through our entire home inspection. The sellers caused many problems in the week of the closing. They left most of their items and Stacey helped in removing all the trash, furniture, trailer and clothing left behind. Even once we signed the closing documents, she was there to be sure things were handled professionally and correctly. She got us some estimates on how much it would cost to get items removed, dumpster pricing etc... She is truly the hardest working realtor out there. My previous homes I went through purchase process alone. I will never do that again. Stacey knew what to ask for my house based on comps in the area and her vast knowledge of Braintree. She staged the house with the little furniture that was in the house. The pictures she had done showed the house online to its fullest potential. Every step of the way she was able to answer all of the questions I had about the process.
