Firstly, Deb was assigned to me by my mortgage lender - Veterans United
Immediately after Veterans United contacted Deb about being my realtor, the magic began...
To say that Deb is Veteran friendly is an understatement, as I now consider her as part of my family.
In our first couple of emails back-and-forth, she sent me a few different houses that were in my price range and she immediately scheduled those houses for a walk through after I approved. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision that I did not want to; and I always felt like Deb was looking out for me as if she were buying the home for herself. She knew what Veterans United would allow and would not allow and made sure to inform me the whole way through the process.
