I have never worked with a real estate agent so true to his word and who went out of his way to do all the things he said he would. Jason DID NOT disappoint. He went above and beyond any real estate agents I have ever worked with (and I've worked with over 10+ real estate agents). After going with another realtor who did not sell my property for a year Jason was a godsend. He did everything as quickly as possible (COMPS, paperwork, photos, walkthrough, and listing my property on numerous sites including his website) and had showings within 48 hours. He was stellar at communication and did not leave any detail behind. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and honest with a professional opinion on situations with 'what if' scenarios. He is knowledgeable in the market and he has been the best businessman I have met thus far.
