She made our home buying experience easy and stress-free, which is saying a lot considering we bought our house here in Minot while we were still living in California. I always said I wouldn't buy a house without seeing it in person, but I found the most perfect house on Zillow, and I knew if we waited until we could get to Minot it would be gone. I could tell that Joyce was an extremely trustworthy person from the first time I talked to her on the phone, and it was obvious to me that Joyce really cared about us and wasn't just trying to make a sale-she wanted us to have our dream home! We had our good friends attend the home inspection in our place, and Joyce again went above and beyond. She noticed some things that she had the seller agree to fix that even our friends didn't catch. The way our move worked out meant that we arrived in Minot the night before the closing was scheduled. Joyce offered to meet us at the house at 9:00pm because she knew we wanted to see it as soon as possible because we were so excited.
