We needed to sell an inherited home that was in probate during the Covid pandemic from 3000 miles away! What are the chances that we would have connected with realtors who could have gotten us through this? But right from the beginning, we knew we had Tammi and Mike on our side. It's truly impossible to put into words the professionalism and care that the Panos Team provide. This is our 2nd transaction with them. NOT ONCE did we have to call to see what was going on with our transaction, stellar communication. Then, since we allowed the seller to remain in the property for 45 days after the close, there was some work that Tammi had assured us would get done once the sellers moved. We have bought and sold homes many times over the past 45 years. However, all of the other realtors we have dealt with pale in comparison to Tammi and Mike. Since we met them, they have handled several sales and purchases of homes for us. If you have never worked with Tammi and Mike before, you do not know what you are missing. I am not exaggerating when I tell you the following: Their personalities are fantastic -- Mike has the patience of a saint dealing with us because we had backed out of purchasing some of the homes we had been interested in. He will take as much time as needed to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Tammi has the sunniest personality, regardless of what might be going on in her personal life. They do the nice little things that other realtors don't bother to do like sending us greeting cards for events in our lives, etc. They care about their clients so much that they plan special events for them. For instance, they had a customer appreciation day where they invited clients to the skating rink where all kinds of treats were available. They also bought pizza for the clients. I have never known realtors who go the extra steps that the Panos team does. They are professional and are more knowledgeable about all facets of real estate than any realtors we have dealt with before.
