She went above and beyond on more than one occasion to deliver exceptional service. I was out of state for the entire process. She not only helped me locate the home, but was instrumental in arranging inspections with multiple vendors, touring houses with me by facetime without complaint and giving me a personal "lay of the land" regarding the neighborhood and her knowledge of the community culture and history. Christine did a wonderful job working with is on staging and pricing. We wanted to price it lower than we did. Christine showed us other properties that were similar within a few miles of our sale house. We ultimately got a higher offer than we listed from the second family that viewed the property. All of her recommendations saved us money and time. She answered every question we had even late in the evening. We would definitely use her services again.
